Multi-market Cable MSO needed a usage-based billing solution to support the rollout of residential Voice over IP services.

BillWise deployed a usage-based billing solution that was integrated with the Cable MSO's voice network, back-end cable billing systems, and website. The solution provided significant savings to the Cable MSO because they were able to meet very aggressive deployment schedules while continuing to leverage investments in multiple legacy billing systems.
